Payments and Insurance:
Bring your health insurance policy information with you. You will be
asked to pay any fees not covered by your insurance at the time of your
visit. We will file insurance claims on your behalf. Please remember
that you are responsible for your account.
Location and Parking
Located off of I-440 at 3480 Wake Forest Road, Suite 300, Raleigh, NC in
the Duke Medicine Plaza. When entering the parking garage, go around the
garage to the back and enter. Parking is free and conveniently located
in front of the building.
